DESCRIPTION:The scientific cooperation between Chi
 na and the Netherlands dates back more than thirty
  years. Throughout the years, training of talented
  young researchers has always been an important ai
 m. PhD candidates from both China and Netherlands 
 benefit from the complementary expertise of excell
 ent scientists in the two countries while getting 
 to know the science system in both countries, buil
 ding closer ties and a lasting cooperation. The Ph
 D event is organised for this group of young resea
 rchers.    Like the first PhD event, we offer inte
 resting and challenging disputes and workshops, a 
 keynote speech of an international expert, lecture
 s with very practical information for your PhD pro
 ject and your future career and a lot of opportuni
