DESCRIPTION:The main focus of ESSLLI is on the int
 erface between linguistics, logic and computation.
  Foundational, introductory and advanced courses t
 ogether with workshops cover a wide variety of top
 ics within the three areas of interest: Language a

 Computation.  The school has developed into an imp
 ortant meeting place and forum for discussion for 
 students, researchers and IT professionals interes
 ted in the interdisciplinary study of Logic, Langu
 age and Information. ESSLLI-2005 is organised unde
 r the auspices of the European Association for Log
 ic, Language and Information (FoLLI).    The ESSLL
 I-2005 Program Committee invites proposals for fou
 ndational, introductory, and advanced courses, and
  for workshops for the 17-th annual Summer School 
 on a wide range of timely topics that have demonst
 rated their relevance in the fields of language & 
 computation, language & logic, or logic & computat
