DESCRIPTION:The mission of the bi-annual TARK conf
 erences is to bring together researchers from a wi
 de variety of fields - including Artificial Intell
 igence, Cryptography, Distributed Computing, Econo
 mics and Game Theory, Linguistics, Logic, Philosop
 hy, and Psychology, in order to further our unders
 tanding of interdisciplinary issues involving reas
 oning about rationality and knowledge. Topics of i
 nterest include, but are not limited to, semantic 
 models for knowledge, belief, and uncertainty, bou
 nded rationality and resource-bounded reasoning, c
 ommonsense epistemic reasoning, epistemic logic, k
 nowledge and action, applications of reasoning abo
 ut knowledge and other mental states, belief revis
 ion, and foundations of multi-agent systems.    TA
 RK X will occur as part of an 8-week program "Unce
 rtainty and Information in Economics", organized b
 y the IMS institute of Singapore. For more informa
