DESCRIPTION:With the recent breakthroughs in hardw
 are development, for many it is no longer a questi
 on of if but when the quantum computer will come. 
 But when it comes, what will humanity do with it? 
 The scientific field of quantum software is workin
 g on answers to this question. Historically, the N
 etherlands play an important role in this multidis
 ciplinary field. The symposium will showcase a sam
 ple of the diverse topics that quantum software re
 searchers from academia and industry in the Nether
 lands are working on.  To register for the symposi
 um, please send an email to susanne.van.dam at cwi
 .nl before November 18. This event is hosted and o
 rganized by QuSoft, a joint research institute for
  quantum software, founded by CWI, UvA and VU. By 
 organizing this event, QuSoft aims to support and 
 stimulate the development of the Dutch quantum sof
 tware ecosystem.
