Assistant Teaching Professorship in Mathematics (non-tenure track), Rolla MO (U.S.A.)

The Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the Missouri University of Science and Technology invites applications for a full time, non-tenure-track teaching position beginning fall semester 2017. The initial rank would be Assistant Teaching Professor, with opportunities for promotion and career advancement. This position is renewable annually.

Candidates must hold at least a master’s degree in mathematics or a related field and show documented success in teaching college-level mathematics courses. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a clear passion for teaching. The primary teaching duties of the successful candidate will be introductory level courses, calculus and below. A demonstrated ability to teach a wide range of courses, including courses at the junior and senior level in mathematics or statistics would be a plus.
